Our house is located on the Lake Tahoe West Shore 1 mile south of Tahoe City (click here for the map). The location is excellent - minutes to beaches, major ski resorts, Truckee river, Tahoe City downtown, trails, dining and shopping. It is a spacious single-level home with 3 bedrooms, a bonus room and 2 full bathrooms. It occupies a beautiful 1/3 acre lot and has a fenced backyard - very quiet and private. The house is extensively remodeled: hardwood floors in the living room, fresh carpets in bedrooms, new high quality furniture and mattresses, quality linens, pillows, blankets and goose down comforters for every bed. With just 4 miles to Homewood, 7 miles to ski Alpine Meadows, 10 miles to Squaw Valley, 17 miles to Northstar, we are central to the best Tahoe skiing! Enjoy our vacation rental house as your own! We work hard to keep it well maintained, clean and entertaining.
